Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product only under the following conditions:

Return Shipping Cost
Brown Bazar will bear all return and replacement shipping costs for approved return or exchange requests.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh without requiring any advance payment.
For approved refunds of COD orders, refunds will be processed through:
